Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) Integrated Financial Management Information System. (IFMIS) Procurement System and Property Administration are done by the Administrative Affairs V/President.

AASTU IFMIS Procurement System

The six directorates answerable to the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs include:

  • Student Service,
  • Finance Administration,
  • Procurement and Property Administration,
  • Human Resource Development,
  • General Service, and
  • Safety and Security

AASTU IFMIS Procurement System is a software used to manage University spending. AASTU have been doing various infrastructure project. Some of the completed projects are Ginch- Kachissie Road Design Project with Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA), Spice Industry 10 years (2014-2024) Strategic Roadmap Plan Project with the Ministry of Industry(MoI)

The Office of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs is responsible for leading,  coordinating and managing six administrative directorates in order to support and provide efficient services and inputs basically to the other three wings of the university,namely the Academic wing,Research and Technology Transfer wing, and Institutional Development & International Relations wing.

Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS)

Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) support the automation and integration of public financial management processes including budget formulation,  execution (e.g. commitment control, cash/debt management, treasury operations), accounting, and reporting.
